Terms & Conditions for trips in Scandinavia

Booking and payment
After booking per e-mail or phone you will recieve a Booking confirmation with practical details about your trip. To confirm your booking and reserv your place you need to pay the bookingfee of 20% of the courseprice one week after recieving the booking confirmation from us. You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to one week before course start. There is no refund of booking fee in case of cancelation. Final payment of the remaining amount for the full course fee shall be payed one week before course start. As we put togehter groups for each course with a minimum number of participants the booking i bindning after final payment is done and there can be no refund of course fee if the client need to cancel.

Rescheduling of courses
Ram Silwal Adventure has the right to cancel or reschedule a course if we do not get the required number of participants for a coursedate. Courses can also be rescheduled up to course start due to weather or waterconditions that does not make it safe to run the course.

Liability and insurance
All paddling is done at own risk and participants must sign a signup form and a liability form before participating on the course. To participate in the course you need personal insurance.
